I've been a customer for years now , nothing to complaint about this agency, I purchased , rented cars and sent money to my family with them , excellent customer service, Alejandro he's my favorite, Noelia , Eilier . Fair prices compare to other agencies. I recommend this agency 100%.

I am a user of this service, on some occasions I have had communication problems during a call, I have reported it to customer service. 2 days ago, I could never speak to my relative at the number I usually call, my balance decreased without speaking at all. I called customer service, they attended me very kindly, yes, they told me that they were going to pass the case on to technical service and that they would call me back, I am still waiting for it and they charged me for minutes on the call that never happened. I am very upset.

La Mensajería a Cuba es un desastre . No llegan los Mensajes y el Crédito te lo descuentan . The service used to be good. I’ve been a customer since 2014 and lately on the service it’s been experimenting a lot of issues . Also the agents are rude most of the time. All of them without exception talk to you and provide customer service like if they’re still been living in Cuba with zero courtesy or management support . Very disappointed. Yosvany is the only one who is really helpful and polite. They should provide a better training or found new agents who treat customers with etiquette at least . Remember the cost of Cuban calls are the most expensive probably in all world and we all as Cuban should be support each other’s in same way but evidently that’s not happening. I would love to give you guys all 5 starts but your service it will be better for all .

The company has inferior customer services. The account gets restricted continuously, and no one notifies you of what's going on, and if you complain or try to speak to a manager, "the manager is never there." This is the only time I have ever written a bad review about any company because we are not perfect and anyone can have a bad day, but THEY ARE CONSTANTLY ON BAD-DAY MODE CHANGING THE RULES AND MAKING MISTAKES.

This company is a joke, please don't waste your time and money. Wait time is at least 50 min and they will not do anything no matter how many comments or emails you send. You better off going to VACUBA and spend 60 dollars more and walkaway with your flight and visa on your hand the same day.

For the most part this place provides great service. I run into a problem because I don't speak spanish and usually have to wait for a call back from someone that speaks english. So, sometimes it take awhile to complete my transaction.

My experience with this company has been excellent. I do not live in Miami but have dealt with many other telecom and travel companies there and their service and customer service does not compare to this company one bit. Every time I walk into their office I am welcomed and greeted with open arms. Same as when I call in. No matter what time of the day, it seems that they are always in a good mood which is very important when dealing with customers. My opinion is that this is one of the very few companies that really cares about us Cubans and understands how difficult it is for us to communicate and travel there. This is solely my opinion and experience and no remuneration was given for this review.
